Refund policy

Returns
We want you to be happy with your Mavrex devices. In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you may return goods that are defective or unsafe, or that do not match the description provided, for a repair, replacement, or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, we offer a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at jankoseun@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cooling-off period
If you purchased as a result of direct marketing (for example, an unsolicited call or online ad you did not seek out), you have the right to cancel the transaction without penalty within 5 business days of delivery, as provided by the Consumer Protection Act.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.
