Welcome to Halo Water (halowater.co.za). The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Halo Water. This website sells water-filtering shower heads and related accessories to customers in South Africa. These Terms of Service, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, govern your use of this site and your purchase of our products.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their features accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly on different screens. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors at any time before an order is fulfilled.
SECTION 2 - PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship only within South Africa. Estimated delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Halo Water and may not be used without our prior written permission.
SECTION 6 - ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, to interfere with the site's operation, or to transmit any harmful code.
SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Halo Water will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
SECTION 9 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
